The SIMU DMI (Manual override Integrated) motors are designed for the majority of outside applications like retractable awning, roller shade, rolling shutter who required a manual/emergency command that allow you to manually open or close your system even if the power is gone or the motor does not respond. The Simu DMI motors offer a range of torques from 10Nm to 100Nm. The Simu DMI motors are composed by the radio controlled motors T5 HZDMI & T6 HZDMI, the T5 DMI and the T6 DMI.

The Simu T5 DMI motors are 4 wires motors controlled by a wall switch. Capability to be used with Simu's line of HZ and Somfy's line of RTS controls and sensors when motor is used in conjunction with a Universal HZ/RTS Receiver. The Manual override feature allows you to manually open or close your awning in the event of a power outage.
