The Simu T5 HZ motors with DMI (Manual override Integrated) head offer a range of torques from 132 to 440 in. lbs for driving the majority of retractable awning, roller shade, rolling shutter. The Simu T5 HZDMI motors are 3 wires motors that can be plugged into a standard wall outlet or in-wall wired (hard wired) and also feature built-in Radio Technology HZ receiver. HZ provides compatibility with full range of HZ and RTS controls and accessories and allows operation of motorized applications within a range of 65 feet. Capability to be used with Simu's line of HZ wind, sun sensors and timers. The Manual override feature allows you to manually open or close your awning in the event of a power outage.
